Estimated time: 25 minutes
Makes: 12 standard size pancakes or 40 mini pancakes
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 tablespoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg lightly beaten
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
3 tablespoons of oil
half a bag of nestle semi- sweet chocolate chips
1. Mix all dry ingredients first, then pour in the wet ingredients! Then add half of the chocolate chips (save the other half to toss on top while its cooking)
2. For standard size pancakes pour about 1/4 cup batter onto a hot lightly greased skillet. Cook over medium. Spread batter if needed. Wait until it bubbles in the middle and then flip!
Toss more on top after it's cooked!
